PROGRAMME DE VOL DE VÉRIFICATION

Les particularités du programme :

• Ce programme est offert aux membres en règle d'Aviateurs Québec.

• Aviateurs Québec se réserve le droit de limiter le nombre de participants. 

• Un remboursement de 200 $ vous sera accordé sur présentation d’une facture et de la liste de vérification signée par l'instructeur qui a supervisé le vol.

• Le vol de vérification doit être fait avec un instructeur d’une école de pilotage ou d’un instructeur autonome, préalablement agréé par Aviateurs Québec.

• Avoir complété tous les items de la liste de vérification (voir au bas de ce texte). 

• Pour bénéficier de ce programme, vous devrez vous inscrire et avoir été accepté comme participant par Aviateurs Québec.
  

LA DÉMARCHE À SUIVRE :

• Contacter Aviateurs Québec à info@aviateurs.quebec  pour vous inscrire en fournissant :

  • votre nom et numéro de téléphone

  • votre numéro de membre Aviateurs Québec

  • votre numéro de licence

  • vos annotations

  • votre expérience de vol (heures)

  • la date prévue pour le vol de vérification, l'école où vous planifiez faire le vol de vérification ainsi que le nom de l'instructeur et son numéro de licence. Si vous voulez faire votre vol avec un instructeur autonome, nous aurons besoin de son nom, ses coordonnées ainsi que son numéro de licence. Ce dernier devra être préalablement approuvé par Aviateurs Québec.

• Sur acceptation de votre inscription au programme, vous pourrez finaliser votre démarche pour le vol de vérification. Votre vol de vérification devra être fait dans les 60 jours suivant votre acceptation au programme.

• Télécharger ICI la liste de vérification et l'imprimer.

• Une fois le vol complété, vous pourrez soumettre une copie de votre facture ainsi que la liste de vérification complétée et signée par l'instructeur qui a supervisé votre vol. Le remboursement vous sera fait, selon votre préférence, par virement Interac ou virement bancaire (vous devrez fournir un chèque specimen).

CHECK FLIGHT PROGRAM

The particularities of the program:

• This program is offered to members in good standing of Aviateurs Québec.

• Aviateurs Québec reserves the right to limit the number of participants.

• A refund of $200 will be granted upon presentation of an invoice and the checklist signed by the instructor who supervised the flight.

• The verification flight must be conducted with an instructor from a flight school or an independent instructor, previously approved by Aviateurs Québec.

• Have completed all the items on the checklist (see the bottom of this text).

• To benefit from this program, you must register and have been accepted as a participant by Aviateurs Québec.

THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW:

• Contact Aviateurs Québec at info@aviateurs.quebec to register by providing:

• your name and phone number

• your Aviateurs Québec membership number

• your license number

• Your annotations

• your flight experience (hours)

• the scheduled date of the check flight, the school where you plan to conduct the check flight, and the instructor's name and licence number. If you want to do your flight with an independent instructor, we will need their name, contact details and license number. The latter must be approved in advance by Aviateurs Québec.

• Upon acceptance of your registration in the program, you will be able to finalize your procedure for the verification flight. Your verification flight must be completed within 60 days of your acceptance into the program.

• Download  the checklist HERE and print it.

• Once the flight is completed, you will be able to submit a copy of your invoice as well as the completed checklist signed by the instructor who supervised your flight. The refund will be made to you, depending on your preference, by Interac e-Transfer or Bank Transfer (you will need to provide a specimen cheque).
