Dorine Bourneton témoigne de son vécu sur LEGEND Story. À 16 ans, Dorine est la seule survivante d’un crash d’avion. Grièvement blessée, elle perd définitivement l’usage de ses jambes. Mais cette tragédie ne freine en rien sa détermination : elle devient, des années plus tard, la première femme paraplégique pilote de voltige au monde. Son engagement va encore plus loin. Après un long combat juridique, elle parvient à faire évoluer la législation française, ouvrant l’accès à la licence de pilote professionnel aux personnes en situation de handicap.

Dorine Bourneton testifies on LEGEND Story.  At 16 years old, Dorine is the only survivor of a plane crash. Seriously injured, she permanently lost the use of her legs. But this tragedy did not dampen her determination: years later, she became the first paraplegic female aerobatic pilot in the world. Her commitment goes even further. After a long legal battle, she managed to change French legislation, opening up access to the commercial pilot's license to people with disabilities.
